LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY

Alphason Designs Limited warrants its products to be free of defects in material and labour for the product’s Warranty Period. The Warranty Period commences on the original purchase date of the product.
Any defect affecting the functionality of the product which becomes apparent within its lifetime will be corrected by free repair or replacement provided.

Exceptions covered by Limited Warranty:
Clause 1- Products: Sona Series
Clause 2- Parts: Iconn Series drawer runners.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products in the Sona Series are subject to Limited 10 Year Warranty, which commences on the original purchase date of the product.
Parts under Clause 2, as indicated above are subject to Limited 2 Year Warranty, which commences on the original purchase date of the product.

Any defect affecting the functionality of the product which becomes apparent within this period will be corrected by free repair or replacement provided.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Lifetime and Limited Warranty does not cover the costs of removing and replacing defective parts from your Alphason Designs product. So, if your problem requires a repair technician, you must pay any additional charges.

In line with our policy of continuous product development we reserve the right to change the product, packaging and document specifications without prior notice. If in the unlikely event your product needs replacing in the future, and the model has been discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with the nearest equivalent model.
This Lifetime and Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is automatically void if your Alphason Designs product is modified in any way, improperly installed, loaded beyond its stated load weight or otherwise misused or abused. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alphason Designs disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. Alphason Designs will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use its products, even if Alphason Designs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alphason Designs disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.
